Our story is your celebration
At Royal Wedding Planners, we are passionate about creating memories that families carry with them for a lifetime. A wedding is one of the few occasions that brings every generation together, and it deserves to be remembered for its warmth and meaning, not for the stress of putting it together.
With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, we curate bespoke weddings that reflect the personalities and preferences of each couple and their families. That might mean finding the right venue, designing florals and decor that set the tone for every function, coordinating the many people who make the celebration happen, or all of these at once.

Rooted in Jaipur
Rajasthani and Marwari weddings, understood
We are based in Jaipur and specialise particularly in Rajasthani and Marwari weddings. These celebrations often unfold over several days, through a sequence of ceremonies such as the tilak, mehendi, haldi, mayra, baraat and pheras, with extended family playing an active part in each one.
Knowing that rhythm makes a real difference to planning: how much time each ritual needs, which elders should be consulted, how guests move between functions and venues, and how decor and hospitality can honour custom while still feeling fresh.
We are equally glad to plan celebrations from other traditions, intimate gatherings as well as large weddings, and formats that bring customs together.
