When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive the details you choose to provide:

your name, phone number and email address;
your wedding or event date, or an approximate timing;
optional details such as the type of event, city or venue, approximate guest count, budget range and any message you write.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram or Facebook instead, we receive whatever you share through that channel, together with the contact details that channel shows us.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and plan your event if you decide to work with us, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How the enquiry form works

Our enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which receives the form submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree stores submissions on its own systems under its ownprivacy policy (opens in a new tab), and its servers may be located outside India. Formspree may also apply automated spam filtering to submissions.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from this website rather than from third-party services. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and other services take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your event and meet any legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us at contact@royalweddingplanners.com. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
